A Non-Mandatory Building Walkthrough will be held by trade as follows:
General Contract: 2:00pm – 3:00pm, Thursday, October 1, 2020
Mechanical Contract: 3:00pm – 4:00pm, Thursday, October 1, 2020
Plumbing Contract: 2:00pm – 3:00pm, Tuesday, October 6, 2020
Electrical Contract: 3:00pm – 4:00pm, Tuesday, October 6, 2020

Each contractor is permitted one representative who is to meet at the main entrance for their scheduled time. All contractors are required to wear face masks and observe social distancing for the duration of the walkthrough.

The bidders can inspect the existing building and/or site, during these additional times, prior notification of your visit is required, contact Ken Matthews, KMatthews@cbdsi.com:
