This new two-story, 11,000 sq. ft. municipal administration building replaced an existing outdated facility on the same site. The new building contains offices for the borough manager, treasurer, borough utilities provider, and zoning department as well as public meeting rooms and meeting space for borough council. The location of the building shifted from the original in order to enhance visibility to the road, better integrate with park amenities on the site, and improve vehicular circulation and parking. Durable exterior materials of stone and brick combine with sloped roofs to blend with the existing residential character of the borough. A highlight of the design concept is a glass-encased second floor public meeting room that overlooks the grounds which include a walking path, water feature, gazebo, and landscaping.
