This new two-story municipal building incorporates a full complement of administration, police, and community spaces. The administration portion includes departmental space for the township manager, tax, finance, codes, zoning, and fire inspector. The police station was carefully configured to support the department’s operational practices and security protocols and contains a sally port, holding cells, evidence storage and processing, a training room, break and support rooms, and office and conference spaces. Built on the same campus as the prior municipal building, the compact facility features a durable mix of stone, glass, and metal panel materials and establishes a contemporary new identity for Limerick Township.
