KCBA is partnering with West Norriton Township to reconfigure the facilities at Jeffersonville Golf Club to enhance the experience for guests and improve day-to-day operations. The work entails the demolition of the existing pro shop and a maintenance/grounds facility and the construction of a new 18,000 sq. ft., bi-level clubhouse in their place. The new building features a pro shop, restaurant and bar linked to an outdoor terrace via a series of operable glass bay doors, dividable banquet room to host a range of small and large events, golf training simulator, locker rooms, and cart storage. The architectural make-up relies heavily on stone materials and incorporates extensive natural light in order to connect the building to the surrounding natural landscape.
