This project entailed a complete reconfiguration of this municipal campus highlighted by a new police station linked to a renovated municipal building. The remade building features a prominent, secure new main entry with direct access to both the police and administration components. The existing section was renovated and upgraded via the addition of a central new community transaction area with distinct walk-up windows for the administration, tax, and code departments. All new and renovated areas are distinguished by exposed steel, wood, and glass materials projecting a modern, welcoming aesthetic. Site upgrades were also implemented to establish a secure police parking lot, integrate a new public works garage, and maintain the prominence of an existing cherished memorial garden.
