CURRENT POSITIONS

Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and talented professional with 5+ years of experience in project management of large-scale renovation and/or new construction projects, preferably in the public realm. The right candidate is a detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent management and communication skills and experience in all phases of the project development process from conceptual planning through construction administration.

Architectural registration and LEED accreditation are desired but not required. Proficiency with Revit is required. Experience with Sketchup, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Position may be located in our Hatfield or Center Valley, PA office.

Architectural Drafter

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of experience to join our design and document production team. The right candidate is an organized multi-tasker with experience in the production of construction documents for both public and private sector projects.

Proficiency with Revit is required. Knowledge of Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. This position can be located in our Hatfield or Center Valley, PA office.

Structural Engineer

We are seeking a creative and talented structural engineer to join our team. 8+ years of experience in structural analysis, design, documentation, and construction administration is required. The right candidate has experience with a range of materials including concrete, masonry, structural steel, light gauge metal, wood, and timber. We are seeking a proactive multi-tasker that is excited to collaborate closely with our architectural staff in all phases of projects.

P.E. licensure and expertise with Revit and RAM Steel software are required. Position is located in our Hatfield, PA office.

Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly talented, creative, and detail-oriented professional to join our marketing team. This individual will:

– Conduct market research to strategize potential clients and opportunities.

– Contribute to all aspects of proposal development including initial strategy and creative direction, coordination of materials from sub-consultants, content development, production and final assembly.

– Assist in development of presentations for both potential and active clients.

– Produce a variety of marketing materials such as firm brochures, print and online ads, employee recruitment pieces.

– Assist in production of company deliverables such as feasibility studies and master plans.

– Elevate the firm’s social media presence.

– Produce content and update website.

– Prepare design award submissions.

– Coordinate firm involvement at conferences and trade shows.

– Track industry association memberships and firm participation.

– Coordinate with vendors such as photographers, printers, promotional materials.

– Organize and oversee building photo sessions.

– Search for architectural solicitations and project opportunities.

– Update internal sources to track firm-wide business development activities, departmental expenditures, etc.

 

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the architectural, engineering, construction, or real estate field. Other qualifications include:

– Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or graphic design.

– Strong writing and communication skills.

– Aptitude for graphic design and visual storytelling.

– Mastery of InDesign and PowerPoint is required; Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro is preferred.

– Proactive and organized multi-tasker capable of managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
