The KCBA Architects team is thrilled to announce the opening of a new office in Center City Philadelphia, the company’s third location. This space further connects our team with regional clients and partners and provides a valuable new collaborative studio for our growing staff of architects, interior designers, and technical professionals.

Located at 123 South Broad Street, Suite 1500, the space is steps from City Hall and easily accessible to the city’s transit infrastructure and many exciting residential and lifestyle destinations. The office is managed by Scott Sullivan, AIA, who recently joined KCBA after serving as a longtime principal with a national architectural practice.
