This project entailed the conversion of a portion of the existing healthcare unit at this community to serve early stage memory support residents. In addition to upgrades to 11 apartments, a number of secure new common spaces were added including a dining room, care station, and lounge/activity room which had formerly been a three-season porch. A new exterior courtyard and wander garden were also constructed off of the new lounge.
