KCBA has enjoyed a long-term association with the Living Branches organization which has yielded multiple major projects at each of their three senior living communities. Highlights of our work at Dock Woods include the renovation and expansion of the skilled nursing area including 15 new living units; a new residential complex with 45 personal care apartments; a new personal care memory support unit with 27 beds; a 3-story addition with 70 independent living units; an intergenerational daycare facility; community facilities such as a chapel, community center, dining suites, library, aquatic center, gym and fitness center, and woodworking workshop; and numerous landscape upgrades including a memory support garden and new central courtyard with a water feature.
