KCBA is excited to share that Scott Sullivan, AIA has joined our firm. Scott brings over 30 years of professional experience and a tremendous track record of client service, team leadership, and professional mentorship. His expansive portfolio of successful projects encompasses both master planning and major new construction and building renewal initiatives with a focus on the higher education sector.
Scott will serve a key leadership role at KCBA as the head of our new Philadelphia office with oversight of our growing team. He also will maintain an active project slate and serve as Project Executive for a range of KCBA’s initiatives in campus planning, facilities lifecycle studies, architectural design, and project implementation.
Scott joins KCBA after serving as a longtime principal at a national architectural practice where he managed large-scale higher education projects including academic, research, student life, administration, and residential buildings. Select examples from his resume include the new Charles Library at Temple University, Science Center addition/renovation at Saint Joesph’s University, Alumni Hall master plan and renovations at Thomas Jefferson University, new student center at University of Mary Washington, new academic building at Gwynedd Mercy University, and a facilities master plan at SUNY Potsdam.
