The KCBA team is delighted to congratulate our Business Manager, Julie Profilet-Saucier, for being named a recipient of the 2022 Women of Influence Award by Lehigh Valley Business. Honoring a group of high-achieving women for their career accomplishments, winners were selected based on their professional experience, community involvement, and commitment to mentoring.

Julie has held many responsibilities since joining KCBA in 2016. She leads the finance team and oversees all operations related to corporate finance, budget allocation and projections, and accounts payable and receivable. Her purview also includes significant human resources tasks such as employee relations, benefits management, and special events planning. She is also a member of KCBA’s Executive Leadership Team that shapes and oversees firm-wide operations. Lastly, Julie serves as a mentor to many of our younger staff members who gravitate to her for advice, friendship, and motivation.

Beyond her direct work responsibilities, Julie has been involved with a range of professional and charitable organizations over many years. Just a few examples include her previous tenure as Board President of Meals on Wheels and her current role as President of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Lehigh Valley chapter.
