Our team is pleased to share that we have been recognized by AIA Pennsylvania’s Emerging Professional Committee as an EPiC firm. KCBA has been a consistent recipient of this annual honor awarded to architectural firms that demonstrate a commitment to the development of emerging professionals.

The AIA defines emerging professionals as architecture graduates pursuing licensure and architects licensed within the last 10 years. In order to receive the EPiC designation, a KCBA emerging professional and firm principal completed an assessment that reviewed four critical areas of the firm’s professional development policies and culture: architectural experience program; leadership; support; and equity, diversity, and inclusion.
