This currently underway new school features a full array of academic, student activity, administrative, and support spaces to house 1200 students in grades 1-5. It also contains a specially configured and outfitted multi-level suite to serve as the home of the district’s Oasis Program to serve students in grades K-12 with significant support needs.

The 200,000 SF facility will provide an innovative new learning environment with many specialty spaces such as a visual and performing arts suite, media center, two double height STEAM labs to host a range of experiments and activities, and a full competition gym. Two secure courtyards, one outfitted and dedicated for learning and the other for play, will extend functionality to the outdoors.

The building is to be constructed at a busy educational campus with four other existing schools and athletic facilities so the layout was carefully planned to align with surrounding activity and circulation patterns. Located at the top of a ridge overlooking the Black Creek Valley, the building will provide sweeping natural views from vantages throughout the interior.
