KCBA served as Buckingham Township’s partner in the development of a former 100-acre farmstead into the new headquarters complex for the township water and wastewater department. This began with a master plan that studied several alternative options to meet the department’s operational and programmatic needs. After its completion, KCBA was retained to provide architectural services to implement the project which entailed reorganization of the site and the construction of two significant components: a new 10-bay equipment garage with a locker room and adaptive reuse of the original farmhouse to serve as the departmental office.
