A renovation at this campus center for performing and visual arts is currently underway. The project will outfit the building to better support modern programming; elevate operability and flow for students, faculty, and visitors; incorporate new glass and select reconfiguration of spaces; address exterior masonry repairs; and reimagine interior environments through new signage and wayfinding, display and exhibit elements, and finishes, treatments, and lighting. Key focal areas include the lobby and ticket counter, art gallery, reception space, and performance auditorium to be refurbished with new theatrical controls and infrastructure, accessibility upgrades, new flooring and wall treatments, and lighting.
