This new fire station replaced an undersized and outdated existing station on the same site. The two-story facility with five pull-through apparatus bays features a full complement of operations, administration, training, living, and recreation space to support both fire and EMS functions. A notable feature of the program is a multi-use training room that is outfitted to also serve as an emergency operations center for the township. To encourage volunteers to spend time onsite, the new station contains a fitness room, day room, study areas, and four bunks.
