This project encompassed the renovation and reconfiguration of a multi-story commercial medical lab building to serve as the central office for Upper Moreland School District. The majority of the original floor plan was reconfigured and renovated with new partitions, flooring, ceilings, lighting, and finishes to house the district’s administrative departments. Work also included code and infrastructure updates, as well as assistance with furniture selection, to support the new layout and operations. The exterior site was modified to provide ADA access to the building and introduce two electric vehicle charging stations.
